__________________hilltop renovation [under construction] This 1960s Bellevue home simply did not meet the needs of its new owner. With outdated finishes, a leaky roof, and a surplus of dark hallways, this house needs some major upgrades. Working with the owner, we have designed an affordable and modern remodel more consistent with today's style of living. The roof is being replaced with a higher pitched trussed roof, which will allow us to eliminate the unnecessary interior hallways and provide a solution less prone to leaks. We eliminated the turret, which was only large enough for an office and designed a spacious master bedroom suite that would take full advantage of the spectacular views.
