In line with our membership in the Northwest Ecobuilding Guild and our goals for a more sustainable future, atelier a+d is now offering a green home audit.

Included in this package:

Green Questionnaire - to be filled out by the homeowner, prior to our site visit. This questionnaire helps identify sustainable goals, lifestyles, utilities, and current conditions.

Site Visit - A 1-2 hour meeting at your home will include a thorough investigation of your current situation and areas of improvement. We will review current usage and opportunities for energy and water savings, green products, air quality, and reuse.

Summary of Recommendations - We will provide a detailed summary explaining our suggestions, areas for improvement, and recommendations for the future pertaining to your particular goals and lifestyle.

$345 for Seattle & King County properties. Other jurisdictions may require additional fees for travel.
